The Impact You Will Make

GrubHub is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager of Driver Marketing to head our top of funnel marketing efforts (brand, awareness, lead generation, nurture, acquisition, and funnel acceleration programs) for Grubhub for Drivers. Reporting into our Senior Manager of Driver Marketing, you will meet monthly qualified lead goals. This integrated marketing position works across digital (website/digital properties, paid media, social media, app store) and traditional channels (out-of-home, print, events, and grass root tactics) with a reliance on paid or performance marketing. As a member of our Logistics department, you will work with partners across Grubhub's external vendors and in-house departments to implement, in particular SEM, Paid Social, SEO, Marketing Technology, Data Science, Analytics, CRM, and Creative. You will manage two direct reports.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end strategy for multi-channel demand generation, digital content, and lead generation programs to ensure we hit driver qualified lead targets.
  • Lead, inspire and develop a team to establish goals, implement, and measure success.
  • Conceptualize and implement the roadmap for a mix of channels and tactics to build brand sentiment, create demand, nurture and deliver qualified leads.
  • Establish team goals, measure program and channel performance, track impact, communicate results to the team and executive leadership, and ensure insights are applied.
  • Apply your understanding of our target audience and journey to ensure campaign and program strategy achieves documented results.

What You Bring to the Table

  • BA in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or another quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of experience in top of funnel marketing with at least 4 years of experience leading digital marketing programs.
  • 2+ years experience mentoring team members and inspiring results through teamwork and individual performance improvement.
  • A dual-minded approach: Creative but also process-driven, analytical, and loves using data to make decisions.
  • Bias for developing data-driven solutions working with Excel (can perform complex functions) and data tools such as Tableau, Conductor (or similar SEO tool) and Google Analytics Suite. You've used A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Experience with Braze (or similar CRM/ESP) to deploy email, SMS, and other owned communication.
  • Experience with WordPress (or similar website platform), and demonstrated knowledge of best practice SEO and organic growth strategies across content and website development.
  • Experience in project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, or similar) to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
  • You love working across multiple initiatives with several teams.
  • Independent and Eager to jump in without asking and accomplish plans on a small team; a startup mindset.
