The Impact You Will Make

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Global Recruiting Team.
  • Communicate with candidates, and manage interview experience by scheduling, confirming, greeting and hosting virtual/onsite interviews.
  • Book candidate travel, hotel accommodations, and manage interview expense reimbursement process.
  • Understand full cycle immigration process to support our foreign nationals on an as needed basis.
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within our applicant tracking system that provide insight into key data points.
  • Process new hire I-9s to verify employment elgibility.
  • Assist with recruiting and program planning of university level intern and full-time positions.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships with guidance.
  • Support events and projects that impact the greater team.
  • Multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience. 
  • Recommend and drive process improvements and documentation. 
  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Additional Ad Hoc duties as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to be flexible and prioritize competing needs
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, and with external candidates
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (iCIMS is a plus!), and familiarity with G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc…)
