The Impact You Will Make

  • Help lead and set the company’s strategic direction, defining and articulating new opportunities, and working in close concert with executive leadership, GrubHub’s technology team and various business teams, to articulate specific goals
  • Create the vision and articulate the short and long term product strategy for our Search product teams, ensuring alignment with the Product Roadmap for the larger Grubhub organization
  • Work in concert with executive leadership, design, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to lead and set the restaurant loyalty supply vision, strategic direction, and high level goals.
  • Formulate a plan to accomplish those goals - including specific KPI targets.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to execute against your plan - including a detailed  product roadmap.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Establish key performance metrics for the end-to-end restaurant-facing promotion campaign experience, and develop long-term product strategies and tactics to improve them.
  • 8+ years experience with strong technical and consumer-facing product expertise and management experience.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate. Comfortable communicating with executives, managers, and individual contributors across design, technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
  • Demonstrated experience with writing product briefs, leveraging user research, optimizing conversion funnels, data analysis, and A/B testing in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience launching new products in high-growth markets.
  • Familiar with product development in Agile and OKR methodologies - preferably with squad or tribe structures.
  • Experience managing or providing guidance to virtual team members and or teams.
  • Data-oriented, with an ability to understand and leverage data to inform strategic and tactical product decisions. SQL knowledge is definitely a plus.
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
  • BA required; MBA a plus.
