We are looking for a curious and driven Sr. Analyst who will support the Marketing Loyalty team by answering a variety of important business questions. You will manage loyalty metrics and data, including Grubhub+ (subscription) and other loyalty programs. These metrics include conversion and adoption rates, program retention rates, and consumer behaviors (ordering, etc.). You will uncover trends and develop strategic insights about diner behavior, build and improve upon metric dashboards, and leverage data to unlock opportunity and drive strategic marketing decisions to retain our customers and minimize churn. You will report to the Director, Marketing Loyalty. To succeed in this role, you must operate with ownership.

• Using SQL and Tableau, use large datasets to derive insights and reporting to drive better business decisions across Marketing and Product — incorporating automation when possible.
• Identify and analyze trends and shifts in diner behavior, both independently and in collaboration with owners of marketing channels, product, and data scientists; 
• Conduct marketing analyses and share data-driven insights using data visualizations, while proactively delivering optimization, campaign, and/or content recommendations. Use analysis results to recommend new experiments; create and consult on test plans.
• Serve as a resource on customer behavior. Help define key performance indicators related to diner quality/retention/behavior for success measurement.
• Build and own dashboards that senior leaders use to capitalize on areas of opportunity.

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role within e-commerce, marketing, finance, or product management
• Advanced SQL and reporting (Tableau required)
• Experience with Marketing engagement metrics and analytics for e-commerce, consumer retention and frequency metrics, or analytics supporting subscription programs
• Experience measuring attribution and cross-channel measurement approaches
• Experience simplifying complex information and explaining to broader audiences, including presenting results and insights to senior leadership
• Experience with agile environments and the ability to apply context to sanity-check numbers in real time
