As the Senior Manager, Loyalty Strategy you will help develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty strategy that attracts new diners, nurtures existing relationships and deepens engagement. Reporting into our Vice President of Loyalty, you will understand diner data and behavior, create rewarding value propositions, and maximize program appeal to drive new acquisitions and improve retention. You will gain experience working with loyalty/reward programs, enjoy obsessing over customer behaviors and must be excited to deliver our results.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Support on the development and implementation of a comprehensive loyalty program value propositions - including benefits, services and experiences
  • Advocate for value propositions that matter to our diner and identify areas of opportunity
  • You will build celebration milestones for diners and celebrate moments that matter
  • Partnering with marketing channel owners, especially CRM, to communicate and engage with diners
  • Collaborate within the organization with functions such as analytics, product, brand strategy and finance
  • Initiate and manage meaningful change within the organization on behalf of the diner and loyalty program
  • Operate with autonomy to develop executable plans to deliver the loyalty strategy and program

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, loyalty, membership programs brand management
  • Experience in consumer marketing, including CRM channels
  • Demonstrated ability to direct the analysis of, interpret results for, and drive action from KPIs around marketing engagement, product conversion, program growth and economics
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels
