The Driver Manager position is responsible for the management of employee drivers within their respective markets in Massachusetts. This position will schedule drivers and ensure delivery service levels are being met by managing driver performance.

Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Schedule drivers for your respective areas based on business needs and trends
  • Follow-up with employees on business scheduling needs and ensure employee availability
  • Monitor hours worked by each employee
  • Audit inactive drivers and driver time cards
  • Weekly approval of driver timecards
  • Act as the point person for all driver payroll questions

You Should Have

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years delivery or logistics experience
  • Minimum  2-3 years of management experience required
  • Driver management experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau experience is a plus
