Our Eat24 office, located in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring Customer Care Specialists to support this line of business. At this location, you will be part of our contact center team handling phone calls, online chat, and emails. Word on the street is that it might be you. Don't ask who told us that or why, just take the compliment and keep reading..


We are looking for someone who is passionate about changing the world one cheeseburger at a time. Excellent customer service skills are an absolute must. We are the face of the company so we want to make sure we don't put our foot in our mouth...unless your foot is made of bacon. (Note: if you have a bacon foot, you should definitely apply.) You should also love food more than life itself (we'll just take your word for it) and enjoy helping hungry (and potentially hangry) people get their noms on. Truth be told, we don’t know what stage comes after hangry, but we're pretty sure it isn’t good. That means this job is basically like being a superhero.


Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Answering phones and helping customers, partner restaurants and internal departments resolve issues
  • Responding to chat support and emails to resolve general questions, inquiries and escalations.
  • Able to switch gears throughout the day
  • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website, app and escalate any issues to management appropriately
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics

You Should Have

  • Flexible hours a must to support our growing business
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or comparable industry
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM (good typing skills, being able to use our online chat client, and sending emails like a champion)
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Positive attitude: We are a happy bunch, and would love to have more happy people come in and help us grow the business while having a great time
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to good service
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable and dependable; Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow through
  • Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers both internal and external
  • Ability to effectively manage workload, maintain assigned schedule, and attendance standards

  • Foreign language skills w/ verbal and written communication in Spanish, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Prior Google Applications
  • Account management or Contact Center based Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience with Telephony Tools
