As a Sr Analyst you will be responsible for understanding, tracking, reporting, and developing strategies for effecting changes in customer ordering behavior over time. In this role, you will be responsible for knowing the ‘who, what, and whys’ of our marketplace - continuously digging into trends and defining opportunities to drive our investment strategy. This role reports to the Director of Pricing and works closely with senior leaders across departments.

We are a lean team. To succeed in this role, you must operate with an ownership mindset and be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.

• Front to back ownership of consumer behavior across our markets. 
• From gathering data to building insightful dashboard reporting on consumer behavior
• Coordinate FP&A to connect observations in behavior to financial forecasts
• Assist in the creationion and implementation of price and promotions that maximize long term value
• Work with the product team to propose, design, and test product developments that benefit diners and increase lifetime purchases
• Ad hoc analysis in response to executive priorities

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a B2C business. 
• Big data skills. You are an expert with SQL and comfortable tying very complex datasets together to tell a story.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, summarize, and clearly communicate important data
• Strong data presentation skills in Excel and/or Tableau
• Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with expeditious execution in a fast paced environment
