    This role is the main point of contact Grubhub keeps for our campus operations, and as such, performs a critical role in ensuring all merchants in each campus are set up correctly, perform seamlessly and are optimized for performance. From investigating equipment issues to identifying bugs, your curiosity will drive you to excellence in this role.

     

    We're looking for a Technical Support Associate (internally titled Merchant Operations) to join our team in Denver. This is a full time position with a schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. 

     

    Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

    • Develop a deep expertise in Grubhub’s Campus dining systems, equipment and operations aspects
    • Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for Grubhub Campus partners
    • Collaborate with Grubhub Campus partners to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues
    • Identify thematic issues real-time and escalate to appropriate internal teams
    • Make recommendations based on feature requests and bugs reported by users or partners
    • Hold a critical part in shop deployments from early on the launch, configuration, onboarding and ongoing optimization that are critical to our launches
    • Document all issues in CRM

     

    You Should Have

    • 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Support position or degree in a related field 
    • Flexible schedule, willing to work off hours and weekends
    • Client services oriented
    • Great communicator and able to explain instructions thoroughly
    • Currently live in (or be willing to relocate to) Denver
    • Intellectually curious and loves problem solving
    • Computer proficiency required
    • Organized and ability to follow protocol
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Can-do attitude
    • Previous experience in support role a plus!
    • Experience with JIRA and Zendesk a plus!
